BOOKINGS

• A 50% deposit is required, either by Direct Deposit, Cheque, MasterCard, Visa or Amex to secure your booking. Payments via American Express will incur a 2% surcharge due to higher Merchant bank charges.

• The balance is payable at check-in either by Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS, MasterCard, Visa or Amex.

• Check-in time is from 3pm on your day of arrival and check-out is prior to 1:00pm on a weekend or prior to 11:00am on a weekday.

• There is a minimum of a 2 (two) night stay on Weekends & a minimum 3 (three) night stay on Long Weekends or Special Events.

• Please advise any changes in your number of guests as soon as possible. Failure to notify a reduction in numbers at least 14 days prior to your intended stay, may result in your responsibility to pay the full tariff originally booked.

• AJ's Mudgee Guesthouse is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

• Should we be unable to provide the "Chef's Table" dinner for any reason, we will refund the amount charged for the dinner and offer to make a booking at a local fine dining restaurant, including courtesy transfers, on your behalf.

• AJ's Mudgee Guesthouse is a non-smoking establishment, however, smokers may use the ashtrays provided outside.

• Pets are not allowed at AJ's Mudgee Guesthouse.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Please note that due to the nature of our business, we must adhere to the following schedule in the event of a cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.

Should you need to cancel your reservation:

• 30 or more days before your scheduled arrival date: Full refund of deposit minus a 10% administration fee.

• 15-29 days before your scheduled arrival date: 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.

• 8-14 days before your scheduled arrival date: 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.

• 7 days or less before your scheduled arrival date: Full tariff will be charged.

• No change of dates permitted within 30 days of your intended stay.

• If you do not cancel your booking but simply do not arrive, you will be charged the full cost of your booking.

• Any deposit monies paid by credit card that are to be refunded, will be refunded to the credit card charged. Any other refunds will be paid by cheque.
